Opt In and Opt Out Method:

Applicants and residents may opt in to receive Customer Care SMS messages by signing the SMS/Text Messaging Consent Form during the rental application process, at move-in, or at any time during their tenancy. Other individuals may provide express written consent where SMS disclosures are presented. The SMS/Text Messaging Consent Form is available during the rental application process, at move-in, upon request during a resident's tenancy, or electronically through our SMS Terms of Service page.

SMS Privacy- We respect your privacy and will only use the information you provide to communicate with you via SMS as outlined above.
